Jason Holt. Support Services Director
Jason has a proven track record of delivering FM services to critical infrastructure in the UK. Since joining Uni assist in 2009 he has been headed up for all operational services for the business.
With over 15 years experience in all aspects of facility management gained from working a senior levels for some of the UK’s largest FM providers, dealing across multi client sectors.
In previous roles Jason has a reputation for integrity and strong management skills in dealing with operational divisions on some of the largest accounts in the UK, whilst introducing robust management
systems for the control and delivery of services. Jason has a passion for delivering first class FM services, this allows our clients to concentrate on running their business.

Duncan Rees. Operations Director
Duncan is responsible for the operational performance of all contracts held by Uni water services. His role is to ensure delivery of service excellence to Uni assist clients and ensuring that client expectations are met at all levels. Utilising his extensive experience in strategic water services and Client Relations across the Retail, Public and Private sectors, Duncan continues to contribute to the development of robust operational division.

Mike Mchale. Non Executive Director
Mike has over 25 years operational & strategic management experience in Property, Surveying and Facilities Management.
An accomplished leader with a track record for delivery within the financial services, retail and logistics sectors.
Holds degrees in Building Surveying and Facilities Management and is a certified member of British Institute of Facilities Management. Held senior post’s over the last 15 years, managing large teams across the UK and Offshore. Passionate about service delivery, continuous improvement and always looking to add value.

Lindsey Holt. Support Services Manager
Lindsey main focus in the business is to manage all associated admin that supports a successful FM service provider. Managing an admin team Lindsey provides
critical key performance information that supports all business and client relationships. Reporting directly at director level her ability to provide outstanding
accurate information remains a critical cog in the business process wheel.

Irene Moreira. Administrator
Irene main tasks are focused on the collation of paperwork that supports all works carried out in the business. With over 30 years administration experience the business relies on the methodical approach Irene shows at all times.
