Health and Safety

First and foremost we make sureĀ  that all of our employees and supply partners, working or visiting our sites, have had relevant site specific induction training so that they are fully aware of the site rules, access routes and designated work areas.

In addition , all works carried out by our mobile services workforce are risk assessed on the day immediately prior to works commencing. Relevant permits are applied for in liaison with our clients to enable the works to be safely carried out.

All staff members receive independent training according to the individual skill sets, which include the following.

Plant and equipment
Welfare
On site procedures
Controls
Traffic management
Storage areas
Work at height
Site management
General works
PPE
Tool box training

In addition to a vigilant internal health and safety approach, Uni assist employs an external health and safety partner to manage all training and audit procedures.

Our full health and safety policy and associated documentation are available at any point for your perusal. Please contact a Uni assist team member who will be happy to discuss any health and safety issues.
