All engineers are equipped with a rugged PDA handset that is linked at all times to our business support centre.

Using an online scheduling system, our help-desk is able to allocate jobs to engineers or field workers in the pool.

Jobs are synchronised to the field worker’s handheld device automatically once loaded on to our system.  The jobs appear on the handset automatically in a prioritised order in accordance with the SLA.

The field worker completes jobs using custom screens programmed onto the PDA. We can synchronise job details, assets, contracts and parts.

The information is synchronised to an online database, using the mobile phone network (GPRS), Wi-Fi or a cradle to a PC when back at base.

Follow up calls can be scheduled for field based staff and reports and alerts are emailed to relevant staff. We also create SLA management systems to ensure that job reporting is in line with agreements.

Job sheets including before and after pictures are available to our business support centre team immediately after being sign off by the clients authorised team member.

Our systems can be integrated with client’s software directly to enhance compatibility if required.
